Qualifications
Holder of degree in human resources management, public administration or equivalent qualification from recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum of six years relevant experience and must have relevant knowledge in computer applications
Duties and responsibilities
i. To deal with staff welfare services such as health;
ii. Service, housing and insurance
iii. To organize staff training session, workshop, and such activities;
iv. To develop and implement a human resources plan and effective implementation of policies and procedures related to human resources within the fund;
v. Ensure the functioning of approved staff benefit systems for the fund's employees
vi. To supervise and provide assistance to members of staff on proper care and maintenance of office equipment and related accessories
vii. To provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary action;
viii. To promote equality and diversity as part of the culture or the organization
ix. To administer payroll and maintaining records related to staffs
x. To ensure correct interpretation and implementation of human resource management policies, rules and regulations including those relating to pensions, salary administration, labor laws, government circulars and directives and other statutes;
xi. To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
