Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance practices for cement plant equipment like crushers, VRMs, kilns, cement ball mills, and packing plants.
- Troubleshoot and maintain major assemblies such as VRM rollers, kiln alignments, and girth gear and pinion alignments.
- Manage shutdown/major maintenance planning and execution.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Handle preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
4-5 years of experience in cement industry maintenance, including knowledge of equipment like VRM, kilns, and ball mills.
Desirable Skills:
Hands-on experience with shutdown planning, NDT techniques, and ISO management systems.
