Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for credit card product development and its lifecycle management to ensure a high return on investment by translating ideas into strategy and features.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing credit card products strategies consistent with company vision and roadmap with the support from senior management.
• Lead product specialist(s) where applicable and coordinating with stakeholders in PLCM food chain.
• Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to shape requirements, features and end products which will expand product market reach.
• Responsible and accountable for producing and review credit card product requirements documents.
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule with the effective support from Communication and Marketing departments.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base, usage and tracking of product impact to end user.
• Fully responsible for credit card risk profile management with the support from Risk and compliance department.
• Any other assigned duty from the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• An advanced diploma/degree in Business, IT, Computer or engineering.
• Over 5 years proven hands-on experience as a Senior Product Specialist or similar role on lifecycle management.
• Strong background in Card Business or Card Network is a must.
