SENIOR SALES AGRONOMIST
INDUSTRY- AGRIBUSINESS
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client in Agribusiness Industry, we are looking for a Senior Sales Agronomist who will be responsible in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Lead sales and marketing efforts, developing strategies for product launches and market penetration
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports of sales activities, especially client visits/calls using the Sales tools
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and assess new markets for diversification.
- Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets, align with the company’s long-term vision, and secure new business.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and risk management for new ventures.
- Track competitor activity and general market and marketing intelligence
- Assist for invoicing and support for collection as determined by Financial Billing Team.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, Economics, or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager preferably in Agribusiness industry.
- Experience in non-conventional sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and digital marketing platforms.
