Senior Software Engineer

Reporting to: Head of Engineering

Acme Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
• Contribute to the improvement of our software development processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
