Inventions Technologies is seeking a talented Software Specialist with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join their team in Dar es Salaam. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions to automate business processes, contributing to the delivery of scalable and secure systems.
Role Summary
The Software Specialist (RPA Developer) will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows.
- Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, QA, and Product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Review code, ensuring high-quality standards and continuously improving system design and integration.
- Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide support for deployments.
- Ensure system security and compliance with industry best practices.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and stay abreast of business process changes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Proven experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of databases, including MySQL and MongoDB, and experience with Linux systems.
- Experience with APIs, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are essential.
