- A highly motivated professional with exceptional attention to detail, adept at handling administrative tasks and logistics to ensure smooth sports operations.
- You understand the importance of sports and extracurricular activities and can efficiently manage procedures to inspire and facilitate student participation.
- A responsible and hard-working individual who excels at organizing and coordinating events, enabling students to represent themselves and the school in competitions and tournaments.
- You strive for operational excellence and encourage students to aim high and achieve their best in both academic and athletic pursuits.
What you’ll do
- Manage administrative duties such as maintaining records of equipment inventory, handling facility, bookings, and processing paperwork related to sports program activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Team Lead-Sports and other departmental staff to align administrative processes and support the strategic goals of the sports program.
- Improve the quality and safety of sports programs through effective implementation of procedures and manuals.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of logistics for sports events, ensuring all aspects such as venue booking, equipment setup, and participant coordination are well-managed
What we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sports administration, logistics, and program management within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic educational environment.
- Passion for promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
