Stock Controller

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Stock controller who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s stock, including tracking inventory, ordering new stock, and ensuring the proper storage of products.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing stock control processes and maintaining accurate day to day records.
• Performing regular stock reconciliations with respective terminals and transit stocks.
• Collaborating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability.
• Carry out regular audits of physical and digital stock to ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Work with sales and purchasing teams to manage supply and demand.
• Ensure that goods inward/ stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply, Logistics or any other relevant field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in stock control and reconciliation in fuel transit. Candidate having finance background will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
