Job Type: Full-time

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certificate in Materials Management, Procurement and Supplies, National Storekeeping, or an equivalent qualification.
• Form IV/VI certificate.

Attributes:

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock and supplies.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and documentation.
• Organizing and managing the store layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for deliveries and stock requirements.
• Managing and controlling fuel pump stations.
• Issuing materials and supplies to departments based on requisitions.
• Identifying and reporting damaged or expired items.
• Utilizing inventory management software to track stock and generate reports.
