Title: Strategist
The following defines your job description as a Strategist at Smart Codes LTD.
SCOPE OF WORK AS AGENCY STRATEGIST:
- You will work with Client Service/Creative/Media to develop and present strategy to existing and prospective clients
- Your strategies will include but not limited to market research, target segmentation, competitive review (where possible), and other strategic insights
- You will collaborate with creatives to review if their ideas and campaigns are aligned to the approved client strategy
- You will offer strategic communication and business advice to internal teams and clients
- Occasionally you will be requested to develop pitch decks based on RFPs for new business
- With help from Account Managers and available research resources; conduct competitive analysis to identify our client’s strengths and weaknesses and other insights
- Occasionally share learnings, reports and readings that you think can add value to clients and the team
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience of working in Agency at a Senior Level position.
- Significant experience in conducting market analysis and research to build a strategy
- Good knowledge of current marketing trends
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach
- Bachelor degree in a related field.
