Job Description:

Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd has exciting opportunities in the Manufacturing Department. We are looking for talented individuals with the relevant skills and experience for Syrup Maker positions. The successful candidates will report directly to the Team Leader Syrup Room & Water Treatment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Operating and controlling machines in the syrup-making plant to manufacture quality syrup as per the daily operational plan.
Mixing final syrups in accordance with company requirements and the Master Mixing Instructions (MMI).
Performing Clean-in-Place (CIP) as per CIP matrix and all Company requirements.
Assisting in cleaning and replenishing.
Performing housekeeping in process areas and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
Preparing simple syrup.
Changing flow bins (IBCs) and starting their agitation.
Adhering to safety and housekeeping rules.
Accurately reporting information related to Syrup Making.

Skills, Experience & Education:

The applicants should have at least a Diploma in Chemistry or Food Science & Technology.
A minimum of 2 years of production experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment is required.
Good vision, hearing, and sense of smell.
Physical strength, stamina, and fitness are also key attributes for this role.
