JOB PURPOSE

To provide analysis of the learning requirements of the business and provide insights to the Talent Development

Managers, HRBPs and Line Managers on organizational competence availability, gaps and solutions available internally and externally in line with the Talent Development strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with the HRBP to conduct analysis on company’s learning requirements, report on finding and align them to the overall business and individual development goals
  • To implement an induction program for new employees in collaboration with facilitators from different departments and units as per induction and on boarding program
  • Assess the on the company’s competency gaps and propose viable and efficient solutions to close them.
  • Analyze the usage of the training tools Vs ROI and report to Talent Development manager
  • Deliver on the learning and development agenda of the company and ensure effective utilization of the Millicom University and recommend on development process automation
  • Work with the HRBP to collate Talent Development inputs contributing to the overall development plan and budget for the company as per financial guidelines
  • Facilitate various development programs as per business needs and employee needs which impacts positively the business growth and productivity
  • Maintain updated company’s competence data base for all positions and employees
  • Provide analyzed information on Performance & Development to the HRBPs to support continuous employee development programs
  • Prepare and communicate the annually approved Learning and Development Plans for sharing and engagement with all employees across the company
  • Partner with internal subject matter expertise in designing and implementing various tailor made programs for the business and employee productivity
  • Maintain the Database of the learning providers to be provided to the HRBPs as and when needed
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure there is return on the investment made by the organization to its employees

Academic Qualifications And Work Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource and Management, Statistics or economics
  • 2 years’ experience in Research and Analytics
  • 3 years’ work experience in training roles
