The technical officer for RMNCH services in areas of ANC and malaria in pregnancy, postpartum family planning (PPFP), and child health. S/he will ensure the technical and methodological soundness of activities at service delivery sites in collaboration with regional project teams and R/CHMTs
Required Qualifications
· A degree in clinical medicine or nursing or midwifery or the equivalent.
· At least 5 years of work experience in RMNCAH
· Be an excellent clinical trainer with at least 3 years’ experience in clinical training and /or mentorship
· Self-management is necessary (i.e motivation, dealing with pressure, adaptability)
· Ability to communicate effectively, instilling trust and confidence.
· Ability to handle different assignments sometimes under pressure of deadlines
· Be cooperative, competent, hardworking, flexible and dependable
· Good interpersonal skills
