Company Overview
Our client is a company in the baking industry, specializing in high-quality baking products. They are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Technical Sales Representative / Customer Retention Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our products to bakeries, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing: Promote and market baking products to bakeries, identifying potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Customer Retention: Build and manage strong relationships with bakery owners and staff to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Order Follow-Up: Make regular follow-up calls to confirm customer orders, assist with any inquiries, and ensure timely delivery.
- Field Visits: Spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting customers in person to discuss their needs and provide product solutions.
- Reporting: Submit weekly reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends every Monday.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in the company’s product offerings and how they benefit bakery businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, preferably in a technical or product-based environment.
- Baking Knowledge: Previous experience in the baking industry is an added advantage, as it will help you understand customer needs and product usage.
- Age: Ideal candidates should be in their early twenties.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Sh 250,000 per month.
- Transport Allowance: Sh 5,000 to Sh 10,000 daily, depending on location.
- Commission: Earn an additional 1% - 3% commission on sales.
- Bonus: Based on performance and meeting sales targets.
