TRACKING CONTROLLER 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Responsible for monitoring and recording truck location and status.
• Working as part of a team in the tracking call center and function as a vehicle tracking operator and knowledge in Transport and logistics support. 

• Tracking of the fleet and ensure the trucks have covered the targeted kms. 

• Computer Literacy to effectively operate and manage all the online systems. 
• Communicate any issue that prevents the efficient transit of goods or any other emergency-related issues to the senior. 

• A minimum of Certificate or Diploma in any relevant discipline or equivalent vocational certificate. 

• Fluent English and Kiswahili.
