This position is responsible for training/teaching employees how to drive Trucks in a safe and professional manner.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.. 
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years full-time driving experience or five to seven years normal driving experience. Previous successful experience working in a transportation or bus driving position required. Previous training experience strongly preferred. 
Interpersonal Skills: Works well with others from diverse backgrounds. Focuses on solving the conflict; maintaining confidentiality; listening to others without interrupting; keeping emotions under control; remaining open to others’ ideas and contributing to building a positive team spirit. Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in an environment with frequent interruptions. 

Language Skills: Ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing in English. Ability to respond to common inquiries employees. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement and distance.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. 
Computer Skills: General knowledge of computer usage and ability to use email
