Responsibilities:
1. Create awareness and Promote Life Insurance products of the company.
2. Proactive and follow up customers for new business and Cross selling.
3. Building relationships with new and existing customers
4. Customer Centric and maintain the ethics of the Company.
5. Capable to create and manage sales team.
6. Maintain Sales compliance in all business sources.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Must have insurance qualification, CoP, diploma or degree.
2. Must have experience in sales and marketing.
3. Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills (Essential)
4. Should be fluent in English and Kiswahili (Essential)
