v Assistant general manager: Successful completion of a 3-year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years experience as an Assistant General Manager/ Junior Assistant General manager. Previous experience on plus Point will be advantageous.
v Junior Assistant General Manager: Successful completion of a 3-year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1-year experience as an FOC/ equivalent, with proven exposure to all departments for the past 1 year. Previous experience on Plus Point will be advantageous.
v Front Office Coordinator: Succesful completion of a hospitality related certificate, at least 2 years reception experience.
v Financial Controller: Succesful completion of a formal BCom accounting qualification or equivalent, at least 3 years experience as a bookkeeper or equivalent and a sound knowledge of Tanzania taxation requirements
v Executive House Keeper: Succesful completion of Senior Secondary school, a hospitality related certificate or diploma, at least wo years of housekeeping experience
v Maintenance Supervisor: Successful completion of senior Secondary school, a qualification in electrical and or plumbing disciplines, at least two year’s of maintenance or handyman experience
v Food & Beverage Supervisor: Succesful completing of Senior Secondary School, a hospitality related diploma/equivalent, with 1 years restaurant or kitchen experience
