About this job
Purpose
To ensure the provision of high-quality accounting software support for both local and international clients
To ensure the provision of high-quality financial management services for our clients
Key deliverables
Providing accounting software demos to our prospective subscribers
Training new accounting software subscribers
Supporting accounting software users
Posting financial transactions on the accounting software, performing reconciliations, and provide financial reports for our clients
Preparing IFRS compliant financial statements for our clients
Performing high-quality assurance services for our clients
Any other duties assigned by the management
Skills and abilities
Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues.
The ability to understand external and internal trends and changes and advise on appropriate strategic and operational responses.
Ability to identify, analyze and take action to effectively manage risk to meet strategic objectives.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.
Strong ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
Qualifications
Degree in accounting or related disciplines
Detailed knowledge of financial accounting processes and approaches.
An understanding of IFRS requirements.
Understanding of ISAs requirements.
Excellent analytical skills.
