Area Sales Manager - FMCG Industry
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager. This role is crucial for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and ensuring a strong market presence for the company’s FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned area.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver on set objectives and key performance indicators.
Monitor sales performance meticulously and prepare comprehensive regular reports for management.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach and customer base.
Ensure the effective execution of trade promotions and integrated marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, identify market trends, and gather insights.
Ensure proper product coverage, efficient distribution, and optimal visibility across the assigned region.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and support sales staff to continuously enhance their skills and improve overall performance.


Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, with a strong preference for experience within the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential.
A proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving significant business growth.
A deep understanding of FMCG distribution channels and market dynamics.
Ability to analyze sales data and leverage insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with sales management software.
