Park Hyatt Zanzibar is looking for a Bar Manager to handle the Beach House restaurant Bar, the candidate we are looking for has to have the following qualities
A degree/diploma in Hospitality
3 years and more experience in managing Bar as an independent outlet
Extensive knowledge in making cocktails and recepies
Creative mind on designing new cocktails which matches the concept of the beach House
good leadership and communication skills
Experience in cost controlling and Budget making
