Role Purpose:
The Building Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of the mall’s physical assets and facilities. The role ensures long-term asset value preservation, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and a high-quality tenant and visitor experience.

Financial Control, Cost Efficiency & Budget Ownership
Contractor & Service Provider Management
Energy Efficiency, Sustainability & ESG Performance
Tenant & Visitor Experience Management
Governance, Reporting & Decision Authority
Qualifications & Experience
At least Advanced Diploma in Building Construction Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Certification in Facilities or Property Management is an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in building/facilities management and/or maintenance.
At least 5 years in supervisory or managerial positions.
Proven experience managing contractors and outsourced service providers.
