Reporting Hours: 800hrs and complete 1600hrs
Duties and responsibilities
Identification of business opportunities and assessment of market potential
Identify and select participants for micro, small and medium enterprises training programs
Assist in developing relationships with the local business community and with institutions which provide similar services
Monitor effectiveness of the services and assess their impacts
Provide business advice to women SMEs from all categories and sectors on site and office
Organize and conduct training programs
Promotion of the TWCC/Members and enhance its visibility
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the business development activities of the organization
Assist trainees in preparing their business plan
Organize exhibition/trade promotion events for members
Support in registration and formation of women groups for easy access to services
Project proposal writing, execution, monitoring and evaluation
Identifications of consultants and development research methodologies
Promote markets for groups and members
Promote networking among SMEs business including inter-business visits as well as experience sharing
Assist members on business registration and formalization
Any other duties as assigned by the employer from time to time
Key qualification and experience
Minimum qualification - Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Human resources or any other discipline with appropriate management skill from recognized university
A minimum of three working experience in a reputable organization
Fluent spoken and written English including computer literacy
