Trumark Company Limited is looking for external sales force to assist the company in creating awareness, promoting sales and subsequently increasing the company’s services to the community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe key duties and responsibilities will include the following:

Promote TruMark products as Introduced.
Carrying out need analysis of the Customer
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers and manage their expectations
Create awareness on Trumark services giving presentations to various groups
Should be able to meet the project target on new business
Proactive and follow up with the prospective customers for new business and Cross Selling
Should be able to attend periodic training on new products, guidelines as advised by the Company.
Customer Centric and maintain the ethics of the Company.
Maintains Values, Vision and Mission of the Company throughout his/her association with the Company10.Learn and participate in project implementation as agreed by a company

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in sales and marketing
Age from 23 years and above.
Entrepreneurial mind set.
Minimum degree education in any field
Smart with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills (Essential)
Fluent in English and Kiswahili (Essential)
Experience of interacting with Customers in past with high convincing power

REMUNERATIONThe mode of payment for this role is on commission basis with additional retainer benefits upon meeting set targets.
