Tanzindia Assurance Company Limited, a well-established, reputed and one of the leading Insurance companies in Tanzania, is inviting applications from Tanzanian Nationals for the post of CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER CUM MANAGING DIRECTOR
Requirments:
Qualifications:
· A holder of Associate Chartered Insurance Insitute(ACII), a degree of an Advance Diploma in Insurance from a recognized institution or any other recognized equivalent professional insurance qualification
· Graduate with minimum insurance qualification of AIII or equivalent,
· Sound insurance and reinsurance knowledge, strong technical skills in General Insurance for both Underwriting and Claims
· Sound knowledge of IT applications of insurance sector
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Strong marketing and leadership skills
· Age below 55 years
Experience:
Job Profile: He would be the head of the company responsible for
· Generating operating surplus of the company
· Reinsurance programming and treaty finalization
· Regulatory, HR and other legal compliances
· Development of product lines of the company, motivate marketing team and other employees
· Credit control and accelerating collections
· Responsible for achieving business budges and other targets set up by the Board
Remuneration
· Salary and perquisites will commensurate with qualifications and experience
