Purpose of the Position:
To provide client satisfaction by ensuring that their needs are fully met as per AAR’s obligations to them with adherence to company rules and regulations under minimum supervision. The Successful candidate will be based in Dar Es Salaam and will report to Corporate Relationship Supervisor
Key Performance Areas:
Handling customer queries
Reports in renewal
Customer Survey
Monitor Clients
Duties Include:
Constantly monitoring clients by being in touch to their maximum satisfaction
Handling all customer queries, emails, phones or walk-in clients
Creating and implementing strategies and programs that will ensure sustained retention of AAR’s client
Ensuring that reports e.g. Renewal notices are sent to clients 3 months before expiring date.
To facilitate and ensure that customer survey is done.
To ensure that funeral benefits to members are paid in time.
Any other duties assigned to you by the Customer Service Manager
Key Performance Measures:
High customer retention
Improved customer satisfaction
Minimum Level of customer complaints
3 corporate visits per week
Level of Education, skills, and Experience
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or Insurance
An insurance qualification e.g. COP or higher will be an added advantage
Clear and effective communication skills
Good Presentation Skills
At least two years experience in customer service accounts
