Credit Relationship Officer (2 Posts)

As a Credit Relationship Officer, your primary role will be to cultivate and nurture robust relationships with clients. This involves meticulously assessing their creditworthiness, efficiently managing loan applications, providing expert financial advice, and overseeing loan portfolios, all while strictly adhering to lending policies and regulations. You will serve as a crucial link between Victoria Finance and its borrowers, facilitating credit access while proactively mitigating associated risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify prospective clients, gain a deep understanding of their financial requirements, and build strong relationships to uncover potential loan opportunities.
Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements, credit reports, and other pertinent data to accurately assess a client's creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility.
Identify potential credit risks, implement effective mitigation strategies, and diligently monitor loan portfolios for any early indicators of delinquency.
Oversee existing loan accounts, track repayment schedules meticulously, and take decisive actions to manage delinquent loans.
Maintain precise records of all loan transactions, prepare comprehensive regular reports for management, and meticulously document all credit decisions.


Qualification and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
A minimum of five years of experience in the banking or microfinance industry, with a preference for roles in credit analysis or relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various office management tools.
Exceptional analytical skills to effectively evaluate financial data and assess credit risk.
