Mwananchi Communications Limited, publishers of the leading Tanzania newspapers. Mwananchi, The Citizen, and Mwanaspoti is looking for motivated and highly experienced individuals to fill the position of:
DEBT EXECUTIVES (2 POST)
Job Purpose:
To develop, maintain and increase a solidly dependable client base, to sell advertising space and provide an effective service to clients so as to maximize advertising sales volumes and revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key result areas:
Support the sales teams to reconcile debtors’ accounts.
Assess credit worthiness of potential and existing customers.
Accompany sales teams on debt collection visits.
Support Customer relation efforts and build beneficial contacts with debtors.
Advice management on matters to do with debtor account management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
University Degree in Commerce. Accounting, and Management.
Advance Diploma in Management. Accountancy or Professional Accountancy.
Excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, and familiarity with brands.
At least 3 to 4 years of working experience.
Experience in credit control will be an added advantage.
