Key Responsibilities
Attend Daily Cluster Meetings and any other as per the Requirements.
Execute Site Preventive Maintenance as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure 100% DC Power Availability on assigned sites.
Attend Callouts within ETR time.
Ensure all assigned Site Work Orders (SWO) are closed within SLA time.
Ensure DG’s are maintained as per Manufacturer’s recommendations.
Ensure Air conditioner Units are properly maintained as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Submit detailed RCA for Corrective Maintenance tasks.
Train and Mentor Field Trainees.
Ensure all tasks are completed and uploaded to SN while on site.
SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality)
SHEQ Compliance on all tasks.
Report any identified Near miss, Hazards and SHEQ Non conformities to NEWL SHEQ Manager.
Report any incident/property damage within 24hrs.
Use of Proper PPE’s.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience in the telecommunications industry.
Registrations: EWURA Registered and ERB Registered.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management reporting tools.
Personal Attributes: Self-reliance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. The ability to travel to various field locations is required.
Availability: Availability and standby essential 24/7 x 365.
