Finance Manager (Management Accounts)
Job Purpose
To oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and management reporting processes to support informed strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports.
Monitor cost performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
Support financial modeling and strategic initiatives.
Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA (T) and/or ACCA are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in finance management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
