Role Overview
As a Finance & Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial management, compliance, and operational systems. This internship is designed to build your skills in NGO finance, donor reporting, and organizational governance while contributing to impactful community programs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, and compliance matrices.
Support procurement processes, vendor due diligence, and asset verification.
Contribute to operational documentation, including templates and structured reporting frameworks.
Help streamline data management using Excel and other tools.
Participate in audits and donor reporting activities.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial tools.
Interest in nonprofit finance, compliance, and governance.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
