Park Hyatt Zanzibar is looking for a food and Beverage Manager whose core task is to Manage all Hotel Outlets and Banquettes services for the Hotel
The ideal candidate has to have the following

Minimum 2 years work experience as an Outlet manager in luxury hospitality sector is required.
Multi-unit operational experience including event’s management is preferred.
Having strong knowledge in Beverage and Mixology is required.
Having the passion for designing menu concept.
Creative
Energetic and interactive personality.
Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
Good guest relations and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, train, coach and motivate staff is essential. 

Professional presentation and customer centric  attitude.

Degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
Comprehensive computer knowledge in MS Office and POS operation.
Good knowledge of financial statements.
