What We’re Looking For:
Proven F&B leadership experience, ideally in a resort or luxury setting.
Africa or island experience is a big plus!
Strong organizational and planning skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
A natural coach who empowers and uplifts their team.
Sound financial and operational expertise in F&B.
Passion for innovation and delivering unforgettable moments to guests.
