Job Description

Qualifications: A Minimum degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification with at least 3 years experience of running at least a 3-star hotel with a proven track record. 
Duties:

Overall management of the hotel including: 
Supervising and training or recruiting staff if need be 
Managing budgets, statistics, and records 
Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings 
Handling customer queries 
Promoting and marketing the hotel etc. 

 
Should have: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently, good interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients in a professional manner.
