About Caanan Printing Solutions (CPS)
Canaan Printing Solutions is a fast-growing printing and branding company specializing in large format printing, T-shirt printing, customized frames, signage, sublimation, and corporate branding. We are expanding our team and seeking a strong, hands-on HR & Operations Manager to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment and onboarding of designers, machine operators, finishers, sales staff, and support teams.
Develop and implement HR systems, policies, performance indicators, and staff structures.
Oversee daily operations: attendance, discipline, workload allocation, and workflow optimization.
Handle payroll, leave management, contracts, and compliance with Tanzanian labour laws.
Conduct training and performance evaluations to improve team productivity.
Build a positive company culture and reduce staff turnover.
Support management in planning, strategy, and operational decision-making.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2–5 years experience in HR or Operations (experience in printing, manufacturing, production, or graphics industry is a BIG advantage).
Strong understanding of Tanzanian labour laws.
Ability to set staff KPIs and manage performance.
Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
