LBF CLUSTER SALES MANAGER

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is looking for an LBF-Cluster Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations across multiple regions to drive the growth of the Loan-Based Financing (LBF) portfolio. The role involves overseeing a regional sales team, developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, and expanding the Check-off client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement a business marketing plan and sales strategy for the assigned LBF markets to meet and exceed individual, team, and business unit sales targets.
Expand the Check-off client base through targeted sales efforts and effective market engagement.
Provide day-to-day operational management of the LBF sales team and ensure adherence to all sales and service processes.
Identify operational gaps and design efficient workflows and processes for improved team performance.
Analyze LBF sales and operational reports to identify trends and drive strategic interventions.
Study market trends and conduct competitor analysis to maintain a competitive advantage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement impactful LBF marketing campaigns.
Drive territory development with a focus on increasing market share and achieving full coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related business field.
An MBA in Marketing or a relevant professional sales certification will be an added advantage.
Proven leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Strong market intelligence and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
