Identify and attract high-quality merchants aligned with the commercial complex’s positioning. Proactively visit potential merchants and present the advantages of the complex. Organize and coordinate merchant site visits and store inspections.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on the retail market and competitors in Dar es Salaam. Understand merchant requirements across different business formats (retail, F&B, services, entertainment). Analyse reasons for vacant stores and propose improvement strategies for investment attraction. Collect merchant feedback and continuously optimise leasing and investment promotion policies.Contract Negotiation & Signing: Negotiate rental terms, revenue-sharing percentages, and contract conditions with merchants. Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements. Follow up on merchant onboarding and opening procedures. Ensure full implementation and compliance with contract terms.Investment Promotion Activities: Plan and execute investment attraction and promotional events. Collaborate with internal teams to develop leasing promotion materials (brochures, presentations, proposals). Promote investment opportunities through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
