What You'll Do:
Lead programs supporting the wellbeing, education, and development of vulnerable children.
Manage daily NGO operations, including staff supervision and program delivery.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and preparing regular reports.
Ensure compliance with Tanzanian NGO regulations and reporting requirements.
Support communication, partnerships, and fundraising with donors and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in program management within an NGO or development organization.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of NGO governance, financial management, and compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with stakeholder collaboration.
