Qualifications
Holder f bachelor degree in law (LLB or equivalent) and must be admitted as an advocate of the high court of Tanzania with a minimum of six years of experience.
Duties and responsibilities
i. To assist in information/data collection for relevant matters;
ii. To represent the fund in the court of law and tribunals;
iii. To file cases in thecourt of law;
iv. To assist in preparation of governing board papers and meetings;
v. To register mortgages, dees of transfers and other documents;
vi. To represent the fund in the court of law and tribunals;
vii. To file cases in the cocurt of law; and
viii. To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the sueprvisor
