Renewable Energy Engineer
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Engineer who is not only technically sound but also confident and dynamic in leading client interactions, solution design, sales discussions, and project implementation. This role blends technical engineering expertise with strategic marketing and sales responsibility, acting as a bridge between innovation and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engineering design for solar PV systems (residential, commercial, industrial)
Assess sites, perform load analysis, and develop energy models
Oversee project execution, quality control, and commissioning
Work with the sales team to translate client needs into engineering solutions
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and technical sales presentations
Collaborate with procurement and installation teams for timely project delivery
Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in solar PV system design and deployment
Strong understanding of batteries (LiFePO₄), inverters, grid-tied/off-grid systems
Experience in customer engagement, technical marketing, and proposal writing
Proficient in solar design software (PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD)
Confident, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
