Purpose of the position
Leading the Security team in the protection of assigned premises, assets and personnel. The senior supervisor will be responsible for assessing the work performance of security officers and develops training plans for the team.

Supervise Security Guards
Create training and development plans for security
Lead Security Personnel in security surveillance
Conduct inspections for physical and safety hazards
Perform Investigations and conduct Interviews
Lead emergency response drills
Conduct Patrols
Other duties may be assigned by managed by management from time to time.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor degree education.
At least two (2) years of Security Supervisor experience.
Computer literate, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products is essential (word, excel, mails and outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Kiswahili and English languages.
Excellent knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
Driving License (Motorcycle and other Vehicles).
Must be honest and be of good moral character
Must demonstrate leadership and good interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-tasks and think fast.
Ability to work in a team environment
