JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qualifications:Ordinary Diploma in the fields of Business administration, supply chain, and logistics3-5 yearsMicrosoft (Excel / Word / PowerPoint); ERP Software; E-Curves; Q-Pulse; E-ProcExperience using LN or similar database/inventory systemsPhysically capable of lifting heavy items and moving boxes of stock around by handExcellent communication skillsHighly organised and a very strong attention to detailWillingness and proactively assist Sales team during and after working hoursMinimum Experience:3-5 years proven previous working experience within a store or warehouse3-5 years’ experience of sales order processing, order fulfilment and shipping in a fast-paced environment Key Tasks:Goods receiving, counting, manage all stock movements and follow through with any discrepancies that arise in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records for all inwards and outwards stock movementsBooking stock in and out of the warehouse in the system and maintaining a database of stock in the warehouseReport to the Branch Manager on a daily basis any issues relating to goods movements and ensure all details, variances, and discrepancies in received stock is recorded accurately and communicated to management and/or suppliersUndertake perpetual stock checks with detailed stock takeSecurely and accurately picking, packing and labelling goods for dispatchWork with the Sales team and Branch Manager to implement effective and robust inventory processes and procedures to ensure a high level of stock/inventory integrity and accuracyPerforming warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for auditsKeep the stores/warehouse area neat, clean and safe ensuring stock is able to be stored in a dust/dirt free environmentContribute to a safe and healthy work environment by reporting all accidents and hazards and avoiding unsafe practices at worldPerform any other ad-hoc tasks that may arise at the request of the Branch ManagerAdherence to all HSE and housekeeping requirements at the branchAdhere to Duty of Care Policy at all timesMinimum Skills/Abilities:Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines;strong leadership, interpersonal, management, customer service, and multitasking skillsHigh level of computer literacyExcellent communication and People skillsAbility to understand and analyse sales figuresAbility to work in a team/team environmentpro-activeness and enthusiasmBudgeting and planning skillsInterested candidates who meet the above minimum requirements are invited to submit their detailed CV application with proof of qualifications to Jacques Bruwer (TZ001.SalesTZ@mail.weir) by 31 May 2018.WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMPANYIf you have not heard from the Company 15 working days after the closing date, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
