Program Manager

Job Location: Arusha

What You'll Do:

• Lead programs supporting the wellbeing, education, and development of vulnerable children.
• Manage daily NGO operations, including staff supervision and program delivery.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and preparing regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian NGO regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support communication, partnerships, and fundraising with donors and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in program management within an NGO or development organization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of NGO governance, financial management, and compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with stakeholder collaboration.
