We are looking for experienced sales professionals who are both tenacious and dynamic to help us grow our corporate business unit.

We want to talk to experienced Sales Executives who can drive revenue growth, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business with Corporations.

You would be tasked with contacting Executive or Director lever Decision makers in the marketing departments of Companies. Regular leads are provided and some existing Clients accounts would be assigned to you

However, successful candidates will be expected to bring in new business that is not provided by the company. Your first year's goal would be based primarily on new business development and achieve your monthly sales targets. Subsequent yearly goals would then be based on  a combination of new business and retention/growth of existing clients

You will be expected to be very fluent and speaking polished English and Swahili language, since you will be expected to make sales representations using power point at various levels or writing down the client proposal

PERSONAL QUALIFICATION

·         Academic Qualifications: ideally a University graduate level with 2 or 3 years experience in Sales, Medium level college graduate are encouraged to apply

·         Job Skills required: Strong verbal and written communication with a high degree of flexibility(in terms of attitude and resilience). You should be able to build and influence effective relationships easily.

·         Must be very good proposal writing with a solid understanding of information technology especially internet application. A proven track record of achieving sales targets will be an added advantage

·         Prior experience working in team environment to achieve company objectives will be advantageous but not essential

·         Achieve monthly and annual Sales targets and key performance indicators(KPIs) through account acquisition and retention

·         To provide field support to each account as required by the business as well as providing effective account planning and contact strategies to ensure objectives are met

·         Identify and capture commercial sales opportunities and must be beyond reproach

Compensation includes a competitive retainer allowance depend upon your experience level as well as a very attractive and unmatched commission plan.
